I HAVE HAD TO REINSTALL MY PRINTER SOFTWARE THE FULL VERSION WHICH I HAVE DOWNLOADED FROM HP BUT IT WILL ONLY INSTALL THE BASIC PART I HAVE UNINSTALLED IT THREE(3) TIMES THEN REINSTALLED BUT WITH NO LUCK HAVE CHECKED FOR ANY VIRUSES & CHECKED ALL MY SETTINGS EVERYTHING OK. THANKS GEORGE

The full-featured software has two additional software on it- IRIS OCR and Product Improvement Study for HP Officejet Pro 8725.

 

The basic software that gets installed on your computer will let you use all the features of the printer like print, scan and fax through the HP Printer Assistant.

Is there anything else that you are looking for? Is there any error message on your computer?

 

Use the automated tool HP Print and Scan Doctor to automatically diagnose and fix any printing and scanning related issues.
