I recently have had problems getting my printer to connect to my wife's computer via wifi. I went through the process of reloading software and drivers of both her PC and mine with no change in ability to get her laptop to be able to print via wifi. After much frustration, I stopped messing with it. Came back a few weeks later when I had to telework due to COVID19, changed my wifi out for higher bandwidth broadband and a mesh router. When I went to try and print, I tried to change the wifi info on the printer so I could print. That's when I discovered I could not change anything because "feature has been locked by the persone who set it up". I'd appreciate a solution that will allow me to reset my printer and use it.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.
