Old HP Deskjet f370

So i have new laptop now and apparently i cannot download drivers or any program that allows me to scan 

I have tried literally everything there is on the internet and i can only print, not scan 

Since old HP Solution Center is pretty much dead and new apps can't detect my F370 i cannot scan anything

I managed to set it as default and do some printing tho

Also HP site is't really helpful so i don't know what to do
