Was wondering where to find what operating system my hp came with from the factory. Product number : N3G97AV

Since that model was a configured to order (CTO) you would have to enter the serial number of the PC in the search window at the link below to see whether the PC shipped with W10 Home 64 bit or W10 Pro 64 bit from HP.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

If that doesn't help, you can install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the OEM product key that is encrypted in the BIOS. 

 

It will indicate W10 Core (Home) or W10 Pro
