Hi All - I have a perfectly functioning psc 2300, but since Window 10, I can only print or copy. Does anyone know of a windows 10 driver update that will allow scanning of mutiple page docs into one file?
Appreciate yr ideas - Rishiard.

Hi @Rishiard,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I see from the post that you are having issues scanning on your HP PSC 2300 printer. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve your issue.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Could you provide me with the Product number and the Operating system installed on the PC? (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...) http://hp.care/2bygf7l
When was the last time it worked?
How is the printer connected? USB/Wireless
After reviewing your product, I see that you are running Windows 10 and having issues scanning, I would suggest this could be an issue as there are no full feature software available for this printer.
Regarding the scanning, you could go ahead use HP Scan and Capture or any other program. Please follow this link: Click here
I hope this information helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
Let me know if those steps worked for you.
If they did, that’s awesome!
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Good Luck.

Dear Jeet_singh,
Thank you for replying so swiftly.
You are BRILLIANT !!
Your suggestion to use HP Scan and Capture worked PERFECTLY 🙂
In fact, I think it's better and easier to use than the original program supplied with the printer....
I'm so happy to be able to continue to use my trusty HP all-in-one 2300.
Many Thanks.
Kind Regards
Rishiard.
