Welcome to the HP User Community.
There are a lot of considerations - most important of which:
- Does your printer support the size and weight of the paper you are using?
- Does the printer support duplex printing on this paper size?
- Is the printer aware of the paper size and type you are using (Tray and Paper Management)?
- Is the printer software installed?
- Are the settings adjusted correctly and completely for the current job?
=========================================================================
Start by finding your printer model and then find what the printer can do...
Next, assuming the printer can do what you expect,
If you have not done so > Install the printer software
The rest depends on the settings.
How / where you adjust the settings depends on the software / application you are using to open, view, and submit the job to the printer.
