Cannot print in color, I keep getting a error message in my printer preferences,   the printer will copy in color and print in color the test pages. But from my new laptop with windows 10 it will only print B & W.,    I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.   The error shows the application property sheet page may not function properly.   The Vitual Agent has no clue what I am talking about,    Is there any way HP can take control of my lap top and correct this issue

Welcome to HP Support Community

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns.

This does seem to be an issue with the drivers. I suggest you uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions

Keep me posted how it goes

No it did not solve the issue,  can't you just type in a error message code and it would instruct you how to resolve the issue

It is confirmed it's an issue with the drivers. Try installing the printer using the Windows Built-In driver

First uninstall the printer from root level again as you did earlier, then follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879 to install the printer using  the Windows Built-In Driver
