Product: HP Officejet Pro X576dw

I am able to print from websites, however from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, the printer appears to be disconnected and will not allow me to print.  I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the printer. 

 

Error message 1 (when attempting to print out of Microsoft Excel):

 

Print preview is not available because Microsoft Excel could not connect to the selected printer.  

 

*Does not allow me to try to Connect to Printer despite option "Connect to Printer"

 

Error message 2:
Unable to connect
