Hello,
I am facing problem connecting with my OfficeJet Pro 9012.
My Laptop is not connecting with my Printer. It worked well the first time but now it does not connect.
My Laptop and Printer are both on the same internet. Also tried connecting via USB Cable but no success.
Unfortunately Microsoft Store is blocked in my Company Laptop and so i cannot install HP Smart.
Is there a way to solve this? Or freshly install everything from scratch?
