Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Here's what you need to do:
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver
File name: HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769_1.exe (240.8 MB) < takes a little longer! - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
File name: HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769_1.exe (240.8 MB) - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
