Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone

I recently re-installed my HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 printer on my lap top an HP Elitebook 735 G6 operating with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit through the HP smart app.

I do not manage to print in color anymore.

I tried several times to adjust the printer preferences but unsuccessfully.

When I do print a pdf or a Word document in color they are always coming out in black/white.

If anyone already went through this issue please let me know how did you fix it.

If your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 printer is not printing in color anymore, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

 

  • Check the ink cartridges: Make sure the color ink cartridges are not empty or low on ink. If they are, replace them with new cartridges.
  • Clean the printhead: Over time, the printhead can become clogged with dried ink, which can prevent the printer from printing in color. To clean the printhead, go to the printer settings on your computer and look for a maintenance or cleaning option.
  • Check the printer settings: Make sure that the printer settings are set to print in color. Sometimes, the default setting may be set to black and white. To change this, go to the printer settings on your computer and look for a color printing option.
  • Restart the printer: Sometimes, restarting the printer can help resolve the issue. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Update the printer driver: Make sure that you have the latest printer driver installed on your computer. You can download the latest driver from the HP website.
