Product: Officejet pro 8028e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to set up my printer and keep getting a “Setup Incomplete” error message on the printer to “Finish printer set up to enable printer.  This printer requires use of an HP account, enabled web services, and Internet connection for set up and use.”  I have all of those things but can’t get rid of this error message.  Would love any suggestions for fixing the issue.
