Cant print from computer.  Indication of driver needs instalation but no driver to be found?

Network setup video is here and it appears the setup can be done from the control panel.  Please connect the printer to the modem/router if possible https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFfQ_yDys-Q

 

Users manual is here and page 106 describes how to reset the printer

 

 

I think you need the full feature driver package

Blue screen B82f6B44... Factory reset printer two times.  It will "re-install" and print a test page, but will not print a word document.   What I know...so far.  My 7740 serial number is expired, no support on HP support site.  I have searched for an older print driver but no luck.  I also installed the latest driver package from HP with no change in symptoms.  Did Microsoft do it again?  or HP abandon a perfectly good printer?  If I find an older print driver I will let you now.
