I have just bought my printer today and have set it up on my android phone and hp laptop, however the touch screen on my HP Envy 5032 is not working. The screen is blue and hazy and not showing any text at all. The scanner, printer and copier are all working but I can't understand why the screen isn't working any more. It did work perfectly when I first switched it on to set it up. I hope someone can help. Otherwise I will take it back to the shop tomorrow. Thank you to anyone who has any suggestions.
