Hello,

HP Laserjet M234sdwe stopped working,

there is a orange exclamation mark blinking all the time but no error message and i couldn't find any paper jammed inside, but the printer won't print anything except the information page

i tried setup with the HP smart app but it says printer setup incomplete, i try to reset the factory settings but i can't access any options in the EWS menu, it ask for a PIN but the one written on the printer is not working but it wasn't changed.

is there a way to reset the printer or the pin from the front panel buttons? i tried wireless+X but it didn't work

An orange exclamation mark indicates that the HP Smart app or Information Report displays Printer setup is incomplete or Check Your Account or Printer cannot print. 

 

You can refer to this document for blinking lights.

 

You may refer to this document and see if that helps.

 

Update drivers and firmware. Click here
