Hello, I have an HP Officejet 4650 and since I updated to windows 11, my computer will not connect to my printer. I have been troubleshooting with HP support with no success. So far I have tried restarting my computer and printer and uninstalling and reinstalling software and driver. I am having trouble adding my printer to my computer. I have gone through all the steps to do so and it says it has been added, but it doesn't show up after I hit finish. I have never gotten eprint to work and have used wifi direct to print, but now that isn't working either. Please help.

@JuliaDH, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print from the computer. Do you get any errors? Let us try these steps:
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan.
For ePrint, refer to - How do I ePrint?
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
