Hi @Khan2184,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To help you connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps. These are general steps, and specific details might vary depending on the printer model you have. If you encounter any specific issues, let me know the exact model of your printer and any error messages you see.

Steps to Connect Your Printer to Wi-Fi:

Check Your Network:

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is working correctly.
  • Make sure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.

Printer Setup:

  • Turn on your printer.
  • Make sure it has paper and ink/toner.

Locate Wi-Fi Settings on the Printer:

  • Use the printer’s control panel (often a touchscreen or buttons).
  • Navigate to the network settings or Wi-Fi setup section.

Select Your Wi-Fi Network:

  • Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password. Ensure you enter it correctly, as it is case-sensitive.

Complete Setup:

  • Follow any additional prompts to complete the setup process.
  • Your printer should confirm it is connected to the network.

Install Printer Software on Your Computer:

  • If not already installed, download and install the latest drivers and software for your printer from the manufacturer’s website.
  • Follow the installation instructions, which usually include selecting your printer and completing the setup.

Add Printer to Your Computer:

  • Windows:
    1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Click Add a printer or scanner.
    3. Select your printer from the list and click Add device.
  • Mac:
    1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
    2. Click the + button to add a printer.
    3. Select your printer from the list and click Add.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
