HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy5020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a problem with HP Smart it wouldnt load so I uninstalled and attempted to re download the app from the Microsoft store but it wont download and a get a message that I own the app!

I have looked for possible solutions but they are too technical for me is there a simple easy solution to solve this problem.

I have Windows 10 and HP Envy5020 printer
