Product: Hp smart

When I first start the program, I enter my data, after which it writes "HP account download ..." and the download does not end, that is, it spins endlessly. When you restart the program (without restarting the system), the program freezes on the HP logo. I have already reinstalled the program several times, but this did not solve the problem. There is nothing on the Internet about this problem. My printer Hp ink tank wireless 419. Please help me!
