HP Recommended
Product: Envy 5640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My previous computer failed and I have a new one (warranty  replacement) I entered the printer as a device and the wireless set up etc is correct but I get no response from the 'Print' command whether for Word docs, emails, screen print or attachments  I have unsuccessfully followed  online advice  but cannot get to speak to a human  (phones not available!) 

Please help
