Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, 

I have had to reinstall Windows 10, 64-bit.

 

After the reinstallation of Windows, i've tried to reinstall HP Smart, but unfortunately, HP Smart is not working with me really. 

 

After running the .exe file, then I get to the following which is "all-good", and then I press "Fortsæt" which really just means "Next".

Next, I get to "Investigating your software needs"

Which it stays stuck at.

I have tried to run /sfc scannow, and i've tried to run dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, but unfortunately with no changes.

 

The below screenshot shows the software i've downloaded and tried to run.
