Remove OneDrive as default

I would like to change the default loaction where the files go when not designating the location.

I don't use OneDrive.

Printers are different from one another -- there are thousands of HP printers.

Behavior is different depending on your Operating System / version.

Applications and Print / Scan programs are different -- the behavior of one does not necessarily translate to the behavior of another.

In the most general terms, you might be able to at least partially control the destination by removing OneDrive from the list of potential destinations -

For example, OneDrive can be shut off (signed out) and removed from a Windows device.   See the Windows how-to for using (or not using) OneDrive.   Microsoft - Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive 

Because OneDrive is convenient but not mandatory part of Windows, removing it might deflect the destination to a different location.
