Look for help on installing printer drivers for my Samsung M2070 lazer printer in Linux Mint 22.2. The driver selected automatically does not allow the printer to print - it goes through all the motions but does not actually produce a print. The scanning function works. I'm a novice when it comes to terminal commands so please keep it simple.
Any advice will be much appreciated:)

Hey! I had a similar problem with my Samsung M2070 printer on Linux Mint. The automatic driver sometimes doesn’t work for printing, even if scanning is fine. I downloaded the official Samsung Unified Linux Driver from the Samsung (or HP) website and installed it following their instructions. After that, my printer started printing correctly. I found that the automatic driver doesn’t always work, so using the official one fixed my printing problem.
