Hi, I am looking for a TWAIN driver for the MFP M277dw and I can't seem to find any options for the within the printers and drivers for the product. We use a product that requires the scanner to have a TWAIN driver to work. Thanks

Hi! @Kel75, Welcome to HP forums.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Please share the operating system you are running the PC to assist you better.
Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.
Twain drivers are mostly used on enterprise printers. As you are using a consumer model try the steps recommended below and check if it helps.
Try scanning using HP Scan extended.
Download and install the HP scan extended using this link. Click Here
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
Also, if you are running Windows 10 on your PC, try scanning using HP smart app or HP scan and capture app.

Lastly, if nothing works remove and reinstall the full feature printer software on the PC. (Windows Only)
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
