I work in Web Jetadmin 10.4.104106 (10.4 SR4) and have a fleet of multiple different HP SFP and MFP printers. On several of our SFP printers, we're getting an error in WJA saying "Tray 1 Empty". This is the manual feed tray for the SFPs and don't normally have paper loaded in it.
Is there a way to turn off the notifications for manual trays in WJA? The printers themselves are not showing errors regarding the paper tray.
