Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have tested the serviced HPLJ 3020 printer for print , copy with my windows 10 OS. It is working fine. However I am not getting the Scan picture / document icon in "Devices and Printers" folder and unable to scan a document in windows 10.
All functions (print, copy and scan) are working fine in another system using windows7.
I have installed latest Universal printing support / drivers from HP support. Please help me to resolve this issue
