Product: Deskjet 895Cxi
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had my Deskjet 895Cxi working perfectly on Windows 10 64 Bit version 1809 but now on Version 1903 there is no driver listed in the windows update printer list. any ideas how to get it working again?

Hi,

Have you tried pressing the Windows Update button below the list? That should add many models to the list.

Yes, that was what I meant by saying it was not in the Windows Update printer list.

Please click the start button and select Settings (the Gear icon).

Click on Update and Security and ensure any available updates are installed on your computer, then check for any change while using Windows Update within the Add Printer wizard.
