Product: HP 557 DW
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Our 577dw printer no longer prints any text from document (word, excel) No matter what we print, only little boxes with "?" inside show up on the printed paper.  This happened overnight.  Same word docs print fine on other printers.  And it is only from my Mac running the latest version of Big Sur
