Hi @Krypto2571,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To unsubscribe an HP printer from the Instant Ink program, you'll need to follow these steps.

Cancel Your Subscription Online:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website: https://instantink.hpconnected.com.
  • Log in to your HP Instant Ink account. If you don't have an account, you may need to create one.
  • Once logged in, go to the "My Plan" section, and you should see an option to "Cancel Enrollment" or "Unsubscribe." Click on that option.

Follow the On-Screen Instructions:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process. You may be asked to confirm your decision.

Remove the Printer from Your Account:

  • After canceling the subscription, it's a good practice to remove the printer from your Instant Ink account. This ensures that it is no longer associated with your subscription.
  • In the Instant Ink dashboard, go to "My Printers" or a similar section and remove the printer that you want to unsubscribe.

Factory Reset the Printer (Optional):

  • If the printer still shows signs of being connected to Instant Ink, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. Please note that this will erase all settings and configurations, so only do this if necessary.
  • To perform a factory reset, refer to the printer's user manual for specific instructions. Usually, it involves holding down specific buttons during startup or accessing the printer's settings menu.

Remember that HP Instant Ink subscriptions are typically linked to a specific printer's serial number, so make sure you've canceled the subscription and removed the printer from your account.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
