Product: HP Stream - 14-ax030wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've been trying to connect my laptop to a Cognitive DLX label printer.  It's for our used bookstore.  I've reached out to Cognitive for guidance and thought I'd also reach out here.  If it's a compatibility issue and my struggle is futile maybe someone here would know.
