Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi all. 

 

Since yesterday I've had printer problems...My Mac suddenly stopped working wirelessly with my Printer. I uninstalled and reinstalled and this morning (I gave up at 11pm last night frustrated) it seems to be back however the function (which I use the most) booklet doesn't show up when I go to print. 

 

It usually appears under OFF/ LONG-EDGE BINDING/ SHORT-EDGE BINDING . I really need it as I print services out on a weekly basis.

 

Can anyone help and can anyone help REALLY BASICALLY like point way on how to fix 🙂
