I bought a hp Office Jet Pro 8025e,  however, the printer setup identifies my printer as a Jet Pro 8020, therefore,  I cannot complete set up. I did a factory reset, and still the printer says it is an 8020. what should I do?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to setup the printer.

 

HP Officejet Pro 8025 is a series of HP Officejet Pro 8020, please contiune the setup with HP Officejet Pro 8020 if it idenetifies as so.
