Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

I also need an answer. Not happy with HP. You have rendered my printers useless.

I have the same problem.  15 unused new (old) cartridges that the printer will not accept.

Are you using HP ink cartridges?

What is the exact error message?

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge related issues.

 

If you are using non-HP ink cartridges, refer to this document.

Except I find no firmware update beyond the March 2020 update that caused the problem in the first place.

I found a solution but also noticed that HP edited out previous posts with solutions.  Google HP Firmware Downgrade.
