Product: acer aspire
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

From one laptop I can only print in B&W. I know the printer is fine because test pages print and it prints colour from the other computer. I have tried print doctor, which says everything is fine and deleting and reinstalling software as advised in threads. This has made no difference. At the end of re-installation I am asked to download HP Smart, but this tells me there is no internet connection when i know there is, so I cannot download it.

-do not check the query the printer and automatically select the driver to use

-go for replace the current driver
