Hello,
I am having issues installing the driver for my HP Envy printer. It seems like I have tried just about everything and it still won't connect. I installed the HP Smart app and followed the steps all the way through, however the printer does not connect. The HP Smart App is directing me to open my "Printers & Scanners" settings to manually install the printer driver, however that still does not work. The printer does appear to be connected to my home network, but it states the following in the "Printers & Scanners" settings page: "Driver is unavailable".
On an additional note, I am able to send documents to the printer on my android phone via the HP app and I am able to print documents just fine, so it leads me to believe it's a windows 10 issue and not a printer issue. Please help!
