Hello community,

I'm having a problem with my keyboard no longer working on my HP Elite Desk 800 G5 mini desktop PC. The keyboard works on other PCs, of course.

I've tried other keyboards on my PC without success. I tried the update. I got the following message: "hotkey keyboard class filter driver Windows 11."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, turned the PC off and on again, unplugged and plugged the keyboard back in, booted in BIOS mode, and run a scan with "Run." I tried installing the keyboard driver.

I realized the problem stems from the Windows 11 24-hour update. I tried canceling the update without success.

I still have to reinstall Windows, but I'm hesitant so I don't lose my Office 2019 license after reinstalling Windows. I'm wondering if anyone has a solution. thanks in advance
