Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just connected an Office Jet 4620 wireless printer. It will print okay but does not show up on my Solution Center so I cannot get to the scan page, How do I get the Solution center to recognize the printer?

Hi,

Your printer is not supported by the HP Solution Software software, which was used by HP printers manufactured prior to 2010.

 

You may use the HP Printer Assistant software for your printer, by clicking the HP Deskjet 4620 icon to access it:
