Product: HP Color Laser Jet 3600n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upgraded to new Windows 10 systems and thought this would be easy.  Got a new HP multifunction - all good - l tried to install the old, low mileage 3600n - no chance.  Accorning to the HP website you are to install "Dot4x64msi" - forget it.  Hp tech support says it is an opsolete printer - HP tech suppport is obsolete, rude, and incompetent.  Bad phone lines, numerous dropped calls, incompetent.  SOLUTION:  Got to 3600n printer page, change your OS to Windows 7, download "HP_CLJ_3600_installer_WW.exe".  Go to your  "Downloads", double click the file, follow prompts...  BINGO!  All is well!  My tribe says MERRY CHRISTMAS!
