Hi!

How do i change password when a user has saved their password (Save as default password)?

The user has forgotten his password.

You should be able to simply unclick the save as default and then enter a new password. Any jobs already saved to the machine are lost if the password they were printed with is unknown. You may be able to log into the embedded web server of the printer as the administrator and force the jobs to print but I have not tried that before.

Hi!

When you click in "save as default" you will not see this window again.

You cannot unclick the save as default.
