I have the same issue but am using papercut.  Needing to keep track of who printed what.  AirPrint will not work for me.

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you using an Officejet 4650 printer?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Are you able print from other applications. Eg: Preview, adobe, word?
