Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to connect a Canon MF229dw printer via a USB cable but I get the following error message:

 

"USB composite device can't work properly with USB 3.0"

 

Is there a solution to this that will permit the HP Envy computer to work with this printer?
