Product: hp envy 4524

i have a hp envy 4524 and i wont print says connot print connect printer to update hp instant ink status i havent a clue what that means

Hi @cmason123, I suggest logging into your Instant Ink account and clicking refresh to manually establish a connection. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try this: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03775538  - 'Connect Printer to Update Status' Message Displays
