HP Recommended

After I updated MicroSoft My wireless Printer

- Is connected to my router

- Has a strong router signal

- Prints documents

- Does not scan documents

- HP software cannot locate printer

 

I have done the following:

- Powered down both the printer and my laptop

- Uninstalled HP software

- Attempted to reinstall printer and software will not install printer and now I cannot do anything.
