Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am the owner of an HP Envy pro 6400. My question is whether there are alternatives to HP Smart to fully benefit from the printer's features without having to log into HP. I can't understand why it is compulsory to log into an HP account if I want to do personal scanning of documents that I don't want to share with HP. This obligation seems quite abusive, and probably violates the RGPD. I'll appreciate suggestions of alternatives. Thank you.

You may download and install its HP Full Feature Software among the HP Scan application:
