Hi

Since changing networks and getting a new router it is impossible to connect to my printer wirelessly. After a lot of to and fro with HP support I was finally told that my printer can only handle 2.4 G (whatever that means) and that it (?) will have to be split off in the router from 5 G.

I asked my provider but that is not possible with my router so I am now trying to connect the printer with an ethernet cable to the router. Unfortunately, so far that has been unsuccessful as well. I have downloaded set-up software from the HP website, turned the wireless on the printer off, but so far it simply cannot find it, not with the host name or anything.

Any suggestions? All help will be much appreciated, many thanks.
