Product: HP Color Laser Printer Pro MFP M283dfw (B23D2B)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Color Laser MFP M283dfw (B23D2B) just recently purchased seems to not want to load on my network.  I can print to it, but asking for a scan I get the message "cannot find scan device."  In various parts of using HP "helps," I get no response when trying to load an "installer" and other rejections.  The HP software "Assistants" are no use in solving the issue.  At best, I get to "go around" from one screen to the next, with a repeated cycle.  Please help.
