Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My printer worked correctly, until we moved to a new apartment but with same router. Since then it won't connect to wifi anymore. I tried all steps from all setting instructions, but nothing happens. On Wireless network test results page it says "The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP Support.". Also under "Wireless Working" item it says "Fail". I tried resetting router, printer, connecting over WPS (not working), making printer in setup mode, adding new priner in HP Smart application (no printer WiFi network is found), running ScanDoctor (also printer not found), and other solutions found over internet.

 

Does anyone have some solution?

According to the test page, it seems like the wireless radio has failed. This is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
