We have deployed an application called Tungsten Auto Store (AS) in MFP X57945 for the scanning purpose. 

 

As we are migrating to the higher version of the AS, I have un-registered the  scanner IP from the old version and registered in the new version of AS.

 

Now I am seeing 2 scan icons  on the screen. They are duplicate. 

 

How do I avoid duplicates when I un-register from old version and register i new version?

I suggest that you contact the software vendor for support.

 

Or you can simply modify the control panel through the EWS and drag the old icon into the hidden items section.
