Hi, 

When I send a job to the printer it comes up with an error, saying it cant print microsoft office it is in an error state.

 

I bought this second hand and updated it when I got it back. I have no idea why it wont print.  I can copy and scan....just nothing from the laptop I have installed the printer on to.
