I have a Deskjet 2710e - have just changed internet providers so need to change the Wi-Fi details. Literally can’t see how to do this. Please help. Needless to say I’m not good with technology. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You would need to reset the wireless settings on the printer first and reconfigure the wireless connection by using the HP Smart app:

Ensure your computer or mobile device is wirelessly connected to your home network and open the HP Smart app.

Click the Plus  Sign and then Get Started to set up a new wireless connection for the printer and follow the steps on screen,
